Returns & Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 1 days without providing any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 1 day from the date you place the order the goods or from the date a third party you have designated, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will utilize the same method of payment that you employed for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, please confirm that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 1 days

• The goods remain in their original packaging

The following types of goods are not eligible for return:

• Goods made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized.

• Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, including items that deteriorate rapidly or have exceeded their expiration date.

• Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, provided they are unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the aforementioned return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held liable for goods damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend utilizing an insured and trackable mail service. A refund cannot be processed without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were designated as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned product, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
